Compared with ordinary screening equipment, it has higher screening efficiency, stronger ability to handle fine materials, and can also reduce material blockage of the screen mesh, lower energy consumption, and is a key equipment for separating fine particles.

Working principle

The core working principle of the high-frequency screen is the combination of high-frequency low-amplitude vibration and material layer separation: The screen box is driven by a vibration motor or exciter, generating high-frequency and small-amplitude vibration that is transmitted to the screen mesh. After the materials fall off the screen, the high-frequency vibration breaks the adsorption force between the particles, causing them to become loose and separate into layers - coarse particles move along the screen surface to the coarse material outlet, while fine particles pass through the screen to the fine material outlet. At the same time, the low-amplitude vibration prevents coarse particles from bouncing excessively, and the high-frequency vibration prevents fine particles from blocking the holes, achieving efficient separation. It is suitable for processing fine ores, coal slimes, etc.
